We have two vacuum stores in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, located at 1510 Kensington Rd NW and 7730 Macleod Trail SE.

We offer products from more than 80 brands like SEBO, Miele, Karcher, Dyson, Nilfisk, HP, Hoover, Vacuflo, Johnny Vac, Shark, iRobot etc.

Do you buy used vacuum cleaners?

No, we do not.

What are the services you provide?

Apart from vacuums, parts, accessories, air purifiers, cleaning products, steamers, and hand dryers, we provide maintenance and repairs for all vacuum types and brands, as well as our premium The Retractable Hose System service.

SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Do you provide warranty on Repairs & Maintenance?

Absolutely. We back up our vacuum repair services with a 90-day warranty. In most cases, if there’s anything still wrong with your vacuum, it'll become apparent in the first few days after repair. Thus, a 90-day period is sufficient to ensure that your vacuum is revived and functioning as good as new.

Do you provide warranty with products?

Indeed, you can either register your warranty on our website directly or use the product's part number to register with the manufacturer. Additionally, you have the option to extend your warranty. For example, if your product comes with a 5-year warranty, you may purchase an additional 2 years from us to extend it to 7 years.

Does the warranty include periodical maintenance and cleaning of my vacuum?

No, the warranties are different, but none of them include cleaning and periodical maintenance. Depending on your warranty type, it may include all parts and accessories, full maintenance, and an exchange of the product if your vacuum has a manufacturer defect.

What should I do if something happened to my vacuum?

We strongly advise you to call us and provide your information. First, we will try to understand the issue, as it might be something simple that can be fixed over the phone. If necessary, we might ask you to bring your vacuum to our store for a check-up.

How is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, sellable, and working products within 40 days after receiving the online purchase, excluding certain items like cleaning products, air purifiers, and refurbished machines. Up-to 30% restocking fee applicable on steam cleaners, chemicals and vacuums.
