Superior Vacuums has been in the vacuum cleaner business for over 35 years. We are experienced and passionate about everything vacuum-related. With qualified and friendly staff, we are ready to help you with anything you may need in repairs, service, or new products.

  • Where are you located?

We have two vacuum stores in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. One is in the North of the city at 1510 Kensington Rd NW, and the other in the South, at 7730 Macleod Trail SE. Both store locations offer free parking.

  • What types of products do you carry?

Vacuum cleaners (new and refurbished), vacuum cleaner parts and accessories, home care cleaning products and pet related products.

  • What vacuum cleaner services do you offer?

We offer vacuum cleaner sales (new and rebuilt), rentals, maintenance, and repairs. We also carry vacuum cleaner parts and accessories. At our stores you get everything you need for you vacuum just in one place.

We sell canister vacuums, upright vacuums, backpack vacuums, robot vacuums, stick vacuums, handheld vacuums, wet-dry vacuums, commercial vacuums, and central vacuum systems.

  • How is your return policy?

We accept returns of products that:

- Are unused

- Are in sellable condition

- Are in working order

- Do not present smells/odors, broken parts, or missing pieces (unless this is why you wish to return the product).

Products that are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • How can I return an order?

You must call, email, or come to our stores within 10 days of receiving your order. We issue you a Return Authorization number and a prepaid Shipping Label to your email address. Once your return is received, we inspect the product(s) and reason for return. After the inspection, we refund your entire order through the original payment method (shipping and handling are not refundable).

  • What should I do if I have any problems with my order?

Don’t worry, you’re not on your own! Any vacuum products we sell comes with warranty. Warranty depends on the condition of the vacuum at the time of the purchase (new or refurbished). Please call and email explaining the problem and a technician will call or email you with further instructions.

Currently you can pay via ShopPay, PayPal and Gpay.

  • Is it possible to finance my purchase?

Yes, it is.  We offer the option to finance your purchase on our website. You can do it through the Financeit platform. If you would like to apply for financing, click here. Financing is not available for in-store purchases.

If you did not get a tracking link on your email yet, it means that your order is still in process.

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you an email with a tracking link.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depends on your location, courier service and shipping type you choose. Refer to the section below to have an estimate delivery time for each shipping method.

Priority- 1 to 2 days.

Express- 1 to 3 days.

Expedited- 3 to 7 days.

Standard shipping- 3 to 10 days.

Ground- 7 to 12 days. This method is used only for heavy items (such as commercial heavy vacuums and extractors).

  • Which courier service do you use to ship the orders?

We use the fastest and most reliable courier services to ship the orders. Currently, we work with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL and CANPAR.
