Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the installation (+rough-in), unless otherwise specified in the contract. Any additional costs incurred during the installation process will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.
  2. Our company, Superior Vacuums, provides central vacuum installation services as described in the agreed-upon contract or service agreement. This includes all necessary components and labour required for the installation process.
  3. Superior Vacuums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the installation services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property.
  4. Clients are responsible for
    providing access to the installation site and ensuring that all necessary preparations are made before the scheduled installation appointment. This includes clearing the area of obstacles and debris and ensuring access to electrical outlets.
